Exousia is the Dunamis Fellowship’s leadership development program for multiplying ministry. The course equips our teachers and leaders to understand and embody our DNA, to function well as teams, and to deliver our courses faithfully and effectively.
The course was significantly updated in 2022, a step-change indicated by the ‘2.0’ version number.
This equipping is vital for our ‘ambassadors’. For Track Directors, and for making the move from Apprentice Teacher to Teacher in the Dunamis Institute, this is a required course.
Exousia 2.0 is also highly recommended for all members of a Dunamis Track leadership team so that there is a shared understanding of the principles and ethos that are addressed in the course.
The lessons and insights are valuable for all who volunteer in any kind of leadership role within Dunamis, and existing Track Directors and Teachers are definitely welcome to participate.
