Exousia is our leadership development program for multiplying ministry. The course equips our teachers and leaders to understand and embody our DNA, to function well as teams, and to deliver our courses faithfully and effectively.
This equipping is vital for our ‘ambassadors’ – for Track Directors, Dunamis Institute Teachers and Apprentice Teachers, this is a required course. It is highly recommended for all members of Dunamis leadership teams so that there is a shared understanding of our ethos, principles and practices.
The lessons and insights are valuable for all who volunteer in any kind of leadership role within Dunamis, or who simply wish to grow in areas of spiritual leadership.

The registration fee covers only the operating costs for this event, including use of venue. Dunamis is led by volunteers (including the teachers and leaders), assisted by a part-time Administrator.
Offerings are invited at every event to advance the work of Dunamis here and overseas.
Bursary assistance may be available: enquiries – and donations – to the bookings administrator.
Ministers are encouraged to seek a denominational training grant, and to include an element for Dunamis speakers’ expenses.
This includes the extensive Exousia Manual and the meals / refreshments specifically noted below.
The onsite element is a commuter event and accommodation is not provided. You will need to make your own arrangements. We are happy to recommend places to stay, upon enquiry.
Breakfasts – a light breakfast will be available. If you want something substantial then you will need to arrange that yourself.
Lunches will be provided.
Light refreshments (Tea/Coffee and biscuits) will be available.
Evening meals – three evening meals are included in the event cost. On the Friday, those who are staying for Saturday’s Ignite! event are invited to eat together at a local restaurant (not included in the cost).
